Since 1992, our family has proudly served our community by providing quality meat processing with honesty, hard work, and hometown values.
Griffith’s Custom Butchering was founded by Tim Griffith, who built the business on a reputation for exceptional service and quality craftsmanship. When Tim retired in 2016, his daughter Nikki and her husband, Randy Radley, proudly purchased the business, continuing the family tradition as second-generation owners.
Today, Randy manages the day-to-day operations of the butcher shop, where we specialize in custom processing for beef and swine, along with wild game processing during hunting season. We take pride in treating every customer with respect and every animal with the care and attention it deserves.
Family is at the heart of everything we do. Randy and Nikki are blessed with two daughters, Milli and Maddi, who enjoy spending time at the butcher shop when they’re not competing in junior rodeos or showing livestock. Agriculture, hard work, and faith have shaped our family’s way of life, and we’re honored to serve the families who trust us with their processing needs.
